It isn't too bad but will puddle up and cover the floor if I don't wet/dry vac it up every couple of hours. It comes in through the walls and where the walls meet the footer. As a result, we get hydrostatic pressure build up against the walls (concrete block) and the water trickles in at several locations where there is even the slightest crack. We have clay soil and my foundation was not installed with proper drainage. If the holes are of any cosmetic concern the property owner can have them painted with a matching paint.I get water in my basement just about every spring and fall when the heavy rains hit.
